These terms apply to tours arranged by MCC Tours. Please read them alongside the details of your specific tour. By registering your interest and travelling with us, you agree to these terms.

Independence and no affiliation

MCC Tours is an independent tour operator. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Marylebone Cricket Club or Melbourne Cricket Club. References to those clubs describe the membership our tours are designed for.

Expressions of interest and bookings

Registering your interest is not a booking and does not create a contract. A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been received.

Prices and payments

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise. Any prices or estimates shown on this website are indicative and may change until your tour is confirmed - for example due to supplier costs, exchange rates, or final fixture dates. The price and payment schedule for your tour will be set out in your written confirmation.

Match tickets and MCC membership

Our tours are designed for members who hold valid Marylebone Cricket Club or Melbourne Cricket Club membership and the associated reciprocal rights. Match access is obtained through your own membership; MCC Tours does not sell match tickets. You are responsible for maintaining your membership and meeting any eligibility or balloting requirements set by the relevant club or venue.

Flights

International flights are not included in tour prices. You may book your own flights or use our associates at Flight Centre, who are an independent provider with their own terms. Flight bookings and payments are made directly with the flight provider.

Inclusions and exclusions

What is included in each tour is listed on that tour's page. Anything not listed - including flights, most meals, optional activities, travel insurance and personal expenses - is at your own cost.

Changes to itineraries and dates

Itineraries are indicative and may change due to match scheduling, the confirmation of official fixture dates, weather, supplier availability or circumstances beyond our control. We will let you know of material changes as early as we can.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms, including any deposits and refunds, will be set out in your written confirmation. If we have to cancel or materially change a tour, we will offer you the available options at that time.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical costs, cancellations and personal belongings for the full duration of your travel.

Passports, visas and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas required for your travel, and for meeting any health or entry requirements. Please check the current requirements well before you travel.

Our liability

We take care in selecting our suppliers, but many parts of your tour (accommodation, transport, flights and activities) are provided by third parties subject to their own terms. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from those third-party services or from events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
