• your cricket club membership details (e.g. Marylebone or Melbourne Cricket Club);
• your travel preferences, such as tour, dates, room type and number of travellers;
• any other information you include in your message to us.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you email us or submit an expression of interest through this website. We do not collect more than we need to respond to your enquiry and arrange your tour.

Why we use it

• to respond to your enquiry and provide the information you have asked for;
• to arrange and manage your tour, including accommodation, transport and activities;
• to communicate with you about your booking; and
• to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to arrange your tour - for example with accommodation providers, coach and transport operators, and our flight associates at Flight Centre where you ask us to assist with flights. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Overseas disclosure

Because our tours involve travel between Australia and the United Kingdom, some suppliers we deal with on your behalf are located overseas. Where we share your information with them, we do so only for the purpose of arranging your tour.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.

Cookies and analytics

This website is a static site and does not require you to log in. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used; this does not identify you personally.
